The idea came as I was taking an inventory of my DVDs. I realized that if I watched one movie per day, it would take me almost seven months to get through all 200+ … (and that’s counting tv series by disc, not by episode). Why not do something productive with my leisure activities and get a little practice writing on the side?
So here they are. Reviews all around. I’m starting with the previously unviewed discs, and will then tackle the rest of the collection. There are four crates of DVDs, which I’ve labeled “VHS”, “SERIES”, “COMEDY, ART, MUSICAL, ETC.”, and “DARK: ACTION, HUMOUR, CHILDHOOD”, respectively. There is no order or hierarchy except the ubiquitous fact that I own them—and therein lies the bias.
